The Vine Centre

We offer twenty frontline services as part of our Journey Programme leading toward responsible and independent living delivered Monday to Friday and providing service users with companionship and practical assistance including:

  • housing and benefit advice
  • anger management sessions
  • securing accommodation for the homeless clients
  • counselling
  • drug and alcohol support
  • drop in Health Clinic
  • budget management
  • form filling
  • laundry services
  • a nutritious meal
  • emergency food parcels or clothing
  • a range of stimulating leisure activities within a safe environment.

The Vine centre can take external referrals for clients who want help with Gambling, Alcohol or substance misuse in a group setting.

The Camrose Centre (homeless vulnerable housed and socially isolated)

The Camrose Centre is a drop-in service dedicated to providing support and assistance to the homeless, vulnerably housed and socially isolated in Basingstoke and Deane.

Currently open between 10am and 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the Camrose centre offers clients breakfast and a hot lunch in a safe welcoming environment, with basic washing facilities, and a variety of essential items including toiletries and towels, clothes and shoes, and rucksacks, tents and sleeping bags for our rough sleeping community.

Their objective is to offer an enabling environment, promoting fulfilling, healthy lifestyles and ongoing support to empower their clients to make lasting positive changes. They regularly have drop ins from other agencies addressing a broad range of matters including financial support, legal and housing advice, family and relationships, alcohol and substance misuse, employment, and emotional wellbeing.
